What’s New
I just released my first DVD to be used as a teaching aid or with clients. I purposely kept it  to 18 minutes for the most impact. Whether used in client sessions or in classrooms, this DVD demonstrates how dealing with chemical dependency affects the dynamics of the entire family, not just the person addected or the enabler.
Stan Rowett, M.A., M.F.T., has over 36 years of clinical experience in the field of chemical dependency, and has been a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage, Family and Child Therapists since 1975.
Interactive mobile helps children, adolescents and parents quickly visualize and understand complex issues in the chemically dependent family... If you are a great facilitator, you’ve probably experienced the frustration of not having enough time to help children and adolescents understand complex family issues. The Family Dynamics Mobile, developed by family therapist Stan Rowett, is a tool specifically designed to help students bridge the gap between personal experiences and conceptual understandings....
Family Dynamics Mobile DVD This new and profound DVD has been created to help chemically dependent people and family members understand that recovery is not complete or sustainable until all family members address and let go of the dysfunctional survival behaviors they have adopted to cope with their loved one’s addiction. Viewing this DVD expedites the process of breaking through the denial demonstrated by most family members, and opens the door for the healing process to begin across the family system.
